Have to run after legal team to get assistance.Poor service and unwillingness to assist customers for the service they deserve.Its like we being done a favour and the nerve to lie and say you have contacted a client when you didnt just to close the query.

I have a platinum plan they say with scorpion.I hate their new system where you have to explain everything typing on their wattsapp chat and i have been asking for a call back from Thabiso from legal team and he keeps on sending messages to say we tried to contacting you and its all lies i want them to provide proof for that because the are no missed calls and i dont understand why i have to request a call back because i sent an email on 14th of April and today its May and no response but lying messages of we tried to call you back.Its like i am donating the premiums i am getting every month.'***l'
