The worst customer service ever. After writing to them about the the Infacare formula that led my 5 months old daughter to the GP and later to the hospital, all they said was we'll arrange courier to collect the package and take it to the lab for testing and we'll replace your package and I must take it to the store where I purchased it from to get a refund. After showing them pictures of the damage that was caused and health complications caused, they only care about the formula being taken for tests, what about costs I had to encounter and the stress caused by this. I had to pay the GP and the hospital bills, we don't even know how this has affected my child internally and what will be the effects in the long run. This is very disturbing for such a big brand, especially dealing with babies. I am very livid and so ****ed as how this was handled and how little they care, and very disgusted how they treat people. My daughter literally had a swollen face and her eyes were shut, but all I got was a sorry and a new package of the very same formula that caused her sick. This is very zero care of babies health and zero customer service, will be reporting to the Ombudsman
