Debited my payslip without my consent.

Sanlam sky salesperson approached me under pretense of being from the big main Sanlam company. You are not Sanlam. You are Sanlam sky. Two very different entities with completely opposite reputations. Sanlam is good. Sanlam sky is hell. I signed up thinking it is Sanlam. Sanlam sky debited from my payslip without my consent after I had given them my personal bank details and preferred debit order date and we agreed that I will receive a debit order mandate. They debited straight from my salary without my consent. When I went to cancel the policy they gave me a run around. So many red flags. I am opening a case. It is ******* to debit my payslip without my consent. When I asked to see documents where I consented they did not have anything to show. Horrible insurance company.
