I had the most horrible experience at this Pharmacy on the 25 May 2026. The Doctor prescribed 4 items. The Pharmacist lady added an additional three items. When I questioned it, she said that these items go hand in hand with the script. I told her I already had sunblock and didn't need it. It took a lot of convincing her that I don't need the product. I was still in the centre and noticed that she also slipped in Cleanser. When I confronted her that she was *********ly slipping items in that wasn't part of the script, she told me she has a pharmaceutical degree and usually those products go hand in hand. She never said, look, these products usually go hand in hand, would you like them. She just added them hoping I wouldn't notice. I had to see the doctor again and his assistant told me that the pharmacist does that all the time. I wonder if they teach ethics in her Pharmaceutical degree because clearly she failed that module.
