Really and truly disgusted unacceptable and usless service received.Waiters are rude abrupt and think they doing u a favor.I actually walked out and will never recommend this place to any of my family friends and overseas guests.More like they running a circus not a business at all.

The service has dropped to beyond low . I have been calling trying to make a corporate booking at their restaurant for 15 people, I could get through the restaurant tried leaving a message at reception for them to please call me back and the receptionist said she can’t take a message because she’ll forget therefore if can’t get through to the restaurant she can’t help. Wow!!! Well take our money elsewhere if this is the kind of service you get before you even set foot.

The lady by the name of Tshilidzi was serving me wine, she poured the wine without allowing me to taste this new one wine. I happened to not like the wine and I asked her to exchange it, she said she thought I knew the wine because I called it out without looking into the menu hence she did not allow me to taste it. I asked her to exchange it, she told me the in-house would not agreed as I had already ordered. I asked her to call me her manager, she said the manager also does not agree and the manager is refusing to come see me. Then said she will ask the other manager and she started avoiding me. When the manager came, he took the glass of wine and left. Later the waitress(Tshilidzi) was serving me started mumbling saying she is not going to pay for the wine she did not drink.

So after going through their reviews I've seen they've been rated zero and take pride in that. As a young black woman I suggest you stay away from this establishment unless being rudely treated by the staff is how you get off. I was told the bar tables had to cleared for breakfast while I sat in some corner while white males were being welcomed and drinking their beers with no disturbance. I get that it's a thing to I'll treat black women because of negative stereotypes but imagine going to a place WHERE YOU WILL BE SPENDING YOUR MONEY and got treated like an actual human being. I'm sure they'll continue to do just fine without our black woman money so no need to spend it here.

Had a lovely dinner with my colleagues at the restaurant. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and speedily attended to our orders. The food is very delicious and comes in large portions, the desert options are just as flavorful and are made with quite a unique spin to regular desserts. I would highly recommend the restaurant for anyone interested in a fine dining experience.

Perfect scenery, good food, lovely set up. Unfortunate that poor service causes a bad experience. We entered through the hotel lobby, a man named Victor told us there was no space and that we had to leave as we didn’t make a reservation and there was no space for walk ins. So we said we are willing to wait, we sat in the lobby almost 20 minutes. He personally accompanied a female upstairs who like us didn’t have a reservation, we thought nothing of it. However he did the same for a group of 5 people. This was when my cousin went to speak to another man at the desk asking why others were seated before us. This man happened to be the manager, he was perplexed as to why victor made us wait in the first place. He apologised and told us to go upstairs. We get upstairs only to encounter Victor again, he says there is no space at the deck and that we should sit at the restaurant inside. After my initial experience with him, I didn’t believe a word he said. So we walked past and go to the deck only to find lots of free space and the waiters seated us in minutes. Why was he so rude? Why did he only allow certain people upstairs without a reservation and not us. It really soured the experience for my cousins as it was their first time there. I was also pretty embarrassed having suggested the place to them.
