We had a house break more than two weeks ago. We submitted the claim with all the necessary documentation and proof with a case number. We expressed to Safire that is was urgent as some things needed for our newborn to go to daycare were ******. We still have no clarity of any progress made. Pathetic!

I am insured for an Acer laptop with an Intel i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, but my insurer is now only offering to replace it with a laptop that has an i5 processor and no dedicated graphics card. A far cheaper and insufficient laptop for my needs. The claim has also taken far too long to resolve, and communication from the insurer has been very slow and unhelpful, trying everything to delay the claim, although they specified it with the specific specifications.

Wasting time and money I was involved in an accident with their client who caused the accident got the quotations to repair my car and got all the paperwork done now they need to send a damage accessor to review the damages to my car but the person doesn't show up accident was on 19 August 2025 and still nothing I have since lost my job due to not being able to get to work

I was unhappy with the service from a different insurance company, I spoke to my broker and we made the decision to move to Safire. I save 15% on premiums every month for more coverage and better service. I claimed recently and the process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend Safire Insurance.
