Very bad service. Give customers wrong impression

SA Debt Clearance left me in the dark. They started with my admiration on October 2024 and till this day it's a pillar to post. I paid all relevant fees but nothing positive came out results. They didn't clear me. I don't owe Standard Bank and a certain fly by night Debt berauw senty name as a bad layer. I reported the matter to standard Bank, standard Bank gave me aetter that I don't owe them. I thought it would be simple with SA Debt Clearance but it's like the made situation worse. O can't even buy a mere phone on credit.
