I need your help with PrimeLoans, I am not sure if this would be the relevant place to come too. They have deducted money from my account,. They are not responding to my emails, I have beeen on hold for the past 5mins today and with no one answering and in the past, it has been more than 5 mins. I don;t know what to do anymore becuase it seems they do give me my money back. Please help!

Absa bank stole my money out of my account I want my full refund but I can not get it I tried to reply of the complaint email I received but I can not get my email through to them I even tried phoning them I was asked to hold the line and when they respond I was told that the person that was handling my case will send me an email but with no luck I’m still waiting my case number C-59264025 . I need my money back the full refund I don’t have food in my house I am currently unemployed I made arrangements with them to tell them that I have a pending case against absa bank and that only when my case has been settled I can make arrangements for I can not afford to pay anything or anyone as I’m trying to make a living with what I receive and R4650 is a lot of money I want my money back

<div>Please help us, there's many of us even here on hello Peter who have legitimate grievances against Pep Paxi and we are being ignored on our enquiries about our parcel that went missing. Please help, there's no way you wait more than a month for your parcel, every time you ask.you are told the matter has been escalated you must wait for a feedback in 24 - 48 hrs they will return back to you, which they never do. Something is seriously wrong there, and Pep Paxi is honestly not doing enough to address that and when you want to claim for your parcel only to be told it's still under investigation. Paxi management is not taking responsibility on this matter</div>

<div>I purchased a polo vivo 2023 model from motocity. I've been battling to service the car. I called them on the first service, they didn't assist me. I called them again on the second service, still I was not assisted. Now the car has a fault and I'm searching for assistance from the and they are still ignoring me. Upon purchase they told me they will service the car for me for the first three years or 100 000 kilometers. They are not doing what they had told me upon purchase. Upon second call they told me that the car is no longer under their service plan because the new polo's are included and not mine because it's not a tsi. May someone please help me with this regard.</div>

I bought my property in Pretoria East in 2023 February and moved in end of February 2023. Since I moved, my municipal rates account was opened by the attorney that was handling my purchase. I was never informed that I had to open a water account separately upon occupation until recently I was made aware of the issue in May 2024 and on 24 May 2024 when they came to install a water restrictor, I registered and paid an amount of R1200 and was owing R1530 apparently already and a few days later in June my account was owing R2380, backdated to previous months. I asked if I could make an arrangement to pay this in instalments as I couldn't afford it, Impact Meter said no. On 15th July 2024 they cut off my water supply completely and added another R920 for the restriction, bringing the amount to R3589 or so. On 25 July 2024, I paid an amount of R2380 and sent proof, to which they rep**** that my account would only be reinstated after paying an additional R1209.12 - to which I rep**** that I don't have and will only be able to pay on 25 August 2024. They have not bothered and and neither are they willing to assist me in bringing this account to speed in reasonable payment terms. I am now without water for over a week and it seems I will remain without water for another month due to no willingness from Impact Meter Services to accommodate my request
