Gabisile is a wonderful invoicing clerk who assisted me through my laptop issues I had had with my Rizzen laptop. She has customer service skills,that all customers need when they are not happy with a product, good communication skills, quick response to emails and always kept me posted with all the steps that needed to be taken available when I needed it, was very informative on. I will say that every single customer that Gabisile works with will be taken good care of.

Ulefone Armor x 16 purchased 22 Aug 2025 Power key not responding on numerous occasions to "on and off" screen, intermitted various apps close while in use, whats app does not pop-up notification when incoming call even if the notification function is "on", heats up with original charge cable, incoming ring volume changes spontaneously, bluetooth occasionally disconnects while in use, The armor x16 was bought on 22 August The mobile was purchased on 22 August 2025, on 2 Sept it had numerous faults per email sent to [email protected], 4 Sept 2025, 09:20 Invoice nr QT127486 Courier cost QT128939 Courier collected device 15 Oct 2025 I paid the courier fee of R199 20 Oct no feedback, I made follow up 23 Oct no feedback, I made follow up 23 Oct feedback "Please be advised that your device has passed QC and will be sent to us." 23 Oct same faulty device delivered back to me, it was and is still faulty and reported within 14days, and not replaced, system & updates "this device hasn't had a system update in more than 11 months" The device was supposed to be replaced; I am having difficulty with communication and financial loss by regret of purchasing a device from RuggedSA

3rd time writing this review. Absolutely awful quality product I bought. Do not support them or this will happen to you as well. After warranty was finished started to give problems. An absolutely waste of my money. So sorry I ever bought it! Awful!

I did a review on Blackview SA(Centurion) some time ago. In years the worst service and manners I came accross in maybe a decade or more!!! HORRIBLE! This is not to groan about Blackview SA because they lost me as well as my entire client practise, but this is to give feed back about Rugged SA I found, also selling Blackview pones, but much more. I found a guy there by the name Ramion whom gave me all I need to know as well as the product to suit my needs. This place I can recommend open hearted!!!

I bought a Rizzen 700W Premium portable Power Station and with in the month the cigarette port stopped working. I contacted them and was told I have to send it in. I delayed it because the rest of the device worked and I needed it. I eventually sent it in for repair. After 3weeks, I get told the spare part will take several weeks to arrive, do I want a pre loved device. I do not like the idea of getting a device with e lithium battery that could have been abused by another customer when mine is lightly used. I asked if they can supply with a health check on the battery. They ignored this request. This is after multiple emails. 48+ emails back and forth. I eventually told them send my device back while we wait for the spare part. The spare part arrives. I enquire can I take the device in and wait for a technician to assess it. Remember the device has already been assessed. No they cant do that and the device has to be assessed again. I am not sure what assessment takes more than 8hrs but whatever. I send the device in. It takes them 7days to assess the device. And I kid you not, they send me a quote to repair the device that had broken under warranty. It broken within 1 month of the purchase. I am disgusted at the disorganised mess their support is. I also requested that they send me the part last year and I would repair it myself. They ignored that email. How do you sell a device and not keep spare parts or get the parts within a month. This is 2025 and you can get parts shipped within a week from anywhere in the world. Now they want me to pay half of what the device is worth to fix it. Maybe the is a delay tactic? to put customers off. Shocking. So bewareful if you want a great after sale support and get your device repaired enjoy the challenge of dealing with Rugged SA. I requested a manager and got refused the request. I called their office to be told by a bot the office is closed during their work hours.

I am very frustrated with their lack in response from they support email. I bought a phone from them, which in two months the touch screen stopped responding. Sending it out n for repairs, paying over R200 for courier costs, just to have it returned untouched. They haven’t fixed it!! After complaining, they did take the phone back in their own costs. But now it is passed the said repair time and every time I request the progress, they just tell me it is with the technician. No other explanations nothing. They do not want to refund me and the are not giving me a proper response or feedback on my queries.

My device returned from repairs from rugged which was only 5 months old, it came back with deep scratches on the entire left side of the 10 inch tablet screen. I think my screan was swooped by their out sourced repairer. I've emailed rugged twice and they are silent. Now I'm not holding my breath becuase we all know their generic answers to all hallo Peter reviews.

I bought my Chuwi Tablet more than a year ago and I really thought this brand was going to be a keeper but its not. For the amount of money I paid I am so disappointed , it has very limited capability and the software does not update anymore. Do not waste your money buying this product it is completely trash. It glitches and takes forever to go on.
