No answers or feedback

Shortly after installing our solar system, we had issues with it. It was done through Langkloof Elektries, wich is full of empty promises too. We found out LE used a supplier in Port Elizabeth, Rubicon. We started dealing directly with Rubicon, and drove to them(2hrs) and delivered the new, now dead, batteries. I got a loaner battery that was for the interim, yet too small to properly keep us going. Trying to be patient and understanding, but this is now going for more than a month, and no real answers or feedback about warranty. Poor service to say the least, for such an established company. In the meantime we are stuck in the stone age.
