BAD POOL INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

Whilst I have to be fair & declare that 3 different companies were involved (1 supplied the fibreglass pool, pumps etc, another came to dig the whole *which ended up being 20cm too deep* & then Romeo Enterprises came to do installation) Installation was done week before Christmas & to be honest was done in a rush because in hindsight I feel like this project was undertaken by them because it was a quick buck before going on leave. We went together to get paving which was more than what I needed but was told that whatever is left over will be used to pave further (this was not done). The pool is fitted skew, downward slope. Workmanship was untidy, they filled the pool without cleaning it out first so it took me weeks to finally get my pool clean. The paving is done with a C grade cement so its already chipping off. The paving is also done skew & very untidy. The backwash pipe was fitted right where all the other electrical wiring was by the pump itself & I had to get a 4th company out to come & extend it so that the water does not come out directly under all other electricals. The worst of all is my pool is hollow in certain spots. If someone had to jump in by the steps or someone too heavy had to climb in the pool it would without a doubt crack. I have tried numerous times to get Romeo and his team to come back & see what we can do to fix the situation but to no avail. He keeps postponing or sets a date & then goes AWOL on me on the day not contacting me or pitching up. Very disappointed because from the pictures he showed me of previous work done vs what I got out of the deal it is not remotely the same, I would not recommend to use this contractor.
