STAY AWAY!!!! One star is one too many. I was sold and paid for a 12KW inverter with WiFi. They installed a 10KW inverter, no WiFi. They cannot even supply you with a manual to set up the system. They are unnable to get manuals for the product. They are not able to get the WiFi ****le for the system. When asking about why it is a 10KX and not 12KW inverter, you are completely ignored. They will offer you more solar panels, but only to find out that it is lower watts than other suppliers offer. excuses never stop and they will not rectify. Once they have your money, they are gone.

Risen Solar Suppliers are the worst ever
Best of the worst. From September 2025 to date we’re dealing with poor service and empty promises. We installed 12kva Daye inverter system with two batteries. They rocked up a week after paying them a full amount. Started at 1pm and finished at 23:30. I doubt they bath cos our home started smelling old sweat upon their arrival till the next morning . System will trip and app downloaded on our phones wouldn’t read the exact activity and we would told it will sync in time which never happened. After adding a third battery our system lost effectiveness. They blame technicians and hide behind being “Supplies of materials”. If you charge me for materials and installation then you should account for tripping components and malfunctioning of the entire setup. Their manager is rude very arrogant and useless. Waste your money with them at your own risk. I regret the day I saw that offer on Facebook. It’s first time we pay just short of R200k hard earned cash to put up with stinking service. I’m now looking for a real South African installer to fix their mess. Please recommend an accredited business to fix this mess and issue a correct COC.

Really happy with the installation from Risen. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but they were the most professional. The installers knew their stuff and didn't cut corners on the wiring. It’s been a few months now and everything is running exactly as promised. Good, honest service.
