I have made booking in advance through our travel hub to stay at the Rio Casino on the 6th April 2024, Too my surprise I find that when I arrived, there was a function taking place and the I started my worst experience from entering, where I was stopped and messed around even when I said I have a booking at the Hotel, I could not park near the Hotel as the place was used by the people of the function. I then had to walk with my luggage and wife in the rain to get to the Hotel. I was attending a function of black tie and to get back to the car was horrific, After my function upon returning, it was raining very heavy, and I could not find any parking and drove around for 15min in the parking area and there was no way to get to the Hotel. Eventually I stopped at the casino entrance and a young security guy helped me and go me parking at a Disable zone about 100m from the Hotel entrance. By the time we got to the Hotel foyer my wife and I was drenched with the rain, I cannot express how horrific my experience was and no support or service was given even when I mentioned this at reception - there was an old Gentlemen that I normally deal with who tried to carry my bags when I left but that was after the fact - I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone especially that they cannot manage their guest experience when there is a function.

Made a hotel accommodation for 24 Feb and made the payment, 3 days ago. To date nou confirmation received. Attenpted to contact Rio Casino Hotel to confirm booking more than 5x times this morning - no answer! I have also send several e-mail enquires to [email protected] - no response! Your Custoner service sucks! My payment reference for the hotel booking is CWMEXTV

<p>Okay so I went at 14.00 to the casino. My first question was are the pokker tables open and thy told me yes just around the corner, so I went, and there was no tables open I went back to the reception to say thy are not open. Then thy told me sorry sir it wil be open at 17.00, so I waited in till 17.00. When 17.00 got there is asked when you going good one open and the Manger came to me and sed sorry sir whe only open at 19.00. So I have waited for so long for a lie. If this person could of just told me thy only open at 19.00 I wouldn't waste my time waiting.</p>

<p>Tonight, the 24th of April 2017 at around 9 me and 2 of my friends sat at a blackjack table. As i was not playing but joking with my friend saying he must pull a card the dealer listened to me although IT WAS NOT MY SHOE BUT MY FRIENDS. She pulled a card. He was mad at me and the superviser or whatever is watching over the dealer told me in a very rude manner i must not make choices for him. It is not my my ****ing shoe so the dealer must not listen to me since i wasnt even looking at her. Very rude and unprofessional. I will contact management but just want to let everyone know about bad service. I am a regular gambler but i can assure you that none of us will set our foot in your unmannered casino again. </p>
