Terrible experience I’ve ever had in my entire life

Locked inside bathroom for over 3 HOURS at ridgeback – dangerous and inexcusable negligence

I am absolutely outraged by the treatment I experienced at Ridgeback centurion

I was locked inside the bathroom for over 3 hours after staff closed the venue and left without checking if anyone was still inside. I was completely trapped with no assistance because of your team’s gross negligence.

Three hours is not a “mistake” — this is a serious failure of duty of care and a complete disregard for customer safety.

What makes this even worse is that: • No proper closing checks were done • No one noticed I was missing • I was left in a locked building with no help for hours

This could have ended far worse. What if there was a medical emergency? What if there was a fire? This situation was not only terrifying but dangerous and unacceptable.

This incident shows that your establishment has no proper safety protocols in place. That is extremely concerning.

I expect: • A full and honest explanation • Accountability from the staff responsible • Immediate corrective action to ensure this never happens again

If this matter is not taken seriously, I am prepared to escalate it further.

No customer should ever go through something like this.
