I placed an order and made immediate payment on 1 July 2025 for a Rifle Scope. A week later they advised that their courier was involved in a serious accident en route, and that the goods in transit were damaged. They mentioned that a replacement Scope would be delivered to me within 7 to 14 days after this incident. After continuously contacting them on WhatsApp on 9 July 2025, (their preferred communication channel), they guaranteed that they would ensure that the replacement process would be sped up, and even apologised for the unfortunate occurence.
I requested a VAT Invoice, as well as details of the delivery, i.e. Waybill number, etc. Nothing has been forthcoming. I further requested a full refund, as there has been no confirmation of delivery forthcoming.
Since I paid the invoice, they refuse to communicate further, and have now blocked me on WhatsApp and do not respond to my emails.
I've also reported this matter to SAPS, SARS, POCCA, Consumer Protection Council.
These ********s need to be put out of business before they swindle more honest people out of their hard-earned cash.

It appears that this entity is a *****ulent front for Racketeering and Money Laundering.
