REPAIRSPARK advertises on the web but I can NOT recommend this business to anyone. I called them (Collen) re. a problem with my Bosch washing machine last week. They quoted R3500, to replace the computer. I had no basis to argue this. They took the machine, returned it two days later, pushed it into its space without leveling it. So it jumps around when spinning. I paid R3500 on delivery without proof of job done, and without being able to test it through a full cycle. The guy was in a hurry for payment - had more deliveries after dark. I only discovered two days later on first use that the machine was noisy when spinning and leaned to the left. I sent them a Whatsapp video with the machine in action jumping and noisy. Nothing happened. Several follow-up calls were not answered. I am 74, unable to level the machine myself Their attitude strengthens my suspicion that an old lady might have been taken for a ride w.rt the diagnosis too.

I had a deeply troubling experience with Collen from Repairspark. He attended to our washing machine and stated that it was repaired. He insisted on payment before leaving and would not leave the premises until payment was made. He assured us the machine was fixed. After a single wash cycle, the machine began smoking. I contacted him immediately. It took several days for him to return. On his return, he claimed the issue was the PC board — which he had stated was already replaced during the initial visit. After this second visit, he has not returned and has ignored repeated calls and messages. Since then, there has been no follow-up, no repair, and no refund. I subsequently attempted to verify the business and could not find: • A registered business on CIPC • A physical business address • A registered company email address (contact is via Gmail) While the website appears professional, the lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise consumers to exercise extreme caution before engaging Repairspark.

Wish I had seen the reviews before we used Collen. Genuinely the most unprofessional and rude service I've ever experienced. Completely overcharges and under delivers. Offers a warrantee and when the supposed fix breaks again, ignores all messages and calls leaving us to have to pay again. Hope this helps people to prevent a similar experience.

The guy who came to my place's name is Collen. He overcharged me and as if that was not enough tried to get me to pay a callout fee stating their website mentions they charge that when in actual fact their website says and I quote, "We repair any type, make and model of domestic appliance at your home. By doing so, we eliminate transport expenses and as well as the possibility of your property being damaged during transportation." When I called him up on it he said it was mentioned on the ad, which doesn't make sense why the website and ad would have different information pertaining the same issue. The guy is Zimbabwean and I'm not sure whether he is in the business of ****ming people or what his deal is but avoid using his/their services at all costs.
