I've had Renewtech for about 2 to 3 years now and on not one occasion was I able to use it correctly. The panel beater I was sent to said I could not do one job but had to come back to do a second job and I had to pay an access of R2500 before the job could begin and this was just for two scratches on the left side of my car, about 20cm each and a small dent on the boot of my white Hyundai Grand i10. I didn't know I was going to have to go through so much after paying my premiums every month for almost 3 years maybe longer...

A while ago, I experienced an incident where the back pocket pin of my jeans tore the seat of my car. However, my claim was rejected on the grounds that it was classified as a crack rather than a tear. I requested permission to have the damage assessed by a trusted service provider, but I did not receive any feedback. Despite my efforts to provide a video demonstrating the damage, my claim was still rejected, leaving me uncertain about the next steps. Today, I contacted the company regarding a scratch on my car door, only to be informed that my policy had been canceled without any prior notification. I am unsure if this decision was influenced by the previous claim denial. The reason provided for the cancellation was a failed debit order, yet I did not receive any notice about this issue anywhere. When I initially joined this company last year, I received multiple SMS notifications regarding policy updates. However, no one contacted me to inform me about the intention to cancel my policy.
