Not great, definitely not good

Paid standard subscription. 48 hours later they said the found and error and is looking into it.

Its almost 14 days later, no reply, no update and ignoring my emails.

I know alot said the onboarding is frustrating but Im not actually sure of how long this is going to take.

Will update as soon as anything changes
