Poor Service
A Cisa Lock was purchased recently from Capetown branch of Regal for an urgent installation for a " Client" .......the unit ( according to them was the last unit avaiable) was hopelessly defective.....upon trying returning it was dismissed out of hand.This information passed onto the "client" .As the client is a long time customer of Regal.....threatened to close their accoun if not rectified....Regal suddenly back tracked and " another" unit was made availble......This is where it gets interesting.....trying to install that unit this morning proved this unit suffered from the same problems as the first unit supp****......Regal will only be open on the 5th January much to the annoyance of the "client " ....Poor service all round....it would not surprise me if they supp**** the defective unit a second time around considering it was locatec in a short space of time and were told initially that tit was the only one left

Regal Security Centurion Disappointing
It's actually very pointless to give the business a single star as they don't even deserve or qualify for a star.. I ordered an access machine from Regal Security Centurion and was advised I'd receive the machine after payment. The payment was done via EFT and was told the device will arrive the following day or lastest 2 days after. It's been 2 weeks up to now nothing was delivered. The communication is extremely bad up to now I haven't received anything from the going for 2 weeks.

Regal Security Centurion Disappointing

Dear Regal Distributions, This is my last resort because this company hires ************* staff. Being turned away at the gate can be frustrating! Despite having a legitimate reason for visiting, I was denied access without a clear explanation. I understand security protocols are in place, but I believe my request was reasonable. I'd appreciate it if you could review the circumstances and provide feedback on how I can improve my future interactions.

Regal Security sells old stock that is not covered by Warranty
Bought a 'new' energizer through Regal Security April 2024. It gave an alarm fault - Nemtek claims it is outside warranty as it is older than 2 years. Let's put aside the claims that there was a power surge causing them to not want to replace it (which there is no way to dispute btw). It should be ******* to sell products under the false guise that it is covered by a warranty -meanwhile the stock is so old that the warranty has lapsed. Beware before supporting them and be sure to triple check and get in writing that your products are actually available with full warranty.

NEW GARAGE MOTOR FAULTY FROM DAY 1 BUT NO ASSISTANCE
THE REGAL MANAGER: Just over a year ago my insurance paid for a new Centurion garage door motor. It was bought and installed by Zane from LUNARPRO. The batteries ran down from the beginning. Already I had to replace batteries 3X. Lunarpro is aware. Now Im told the PSU can be faulty. Why must I as a customer accept a new motor of which the PSU was faulty from day 1 and the customer must carry the costs?? Not fair. I am a pensioner. I complained to the installers Zane # LUNARPRO but now I must pay call out & new PSU. I AM VERY UNHAPPY ALL THIS. Please call me & contact the installer Zane from Lunarpro. IGNORE ME AS CLIENT
I am regular register buyer at Regal Centurion . This is not the first time ,i walk in and great them and the sale ladies ,( Lizze ,Kamo ,Terence ) ignore me flat ,they busy having there own boardroom meeting . After 2-3min one said can i help !!!! Respect and integrity is very important in any business. We as clients pay there salary . They are very unfriendly and useless . They think the do me a favor to help me ,maybe because i am white ???? Now you want to know why this Brance had a few bad months . I am going to tell all my friends not to buy there anymore .So on the end of the day you WILL close down this Brance . Disgusting service! Tried to get a unit replaced under warranty and was basically given my old unit back with a new board. Told I was an awkward customer because I tried to stand up for my rights.

Worst service ever..I buy all my supplies from regal today you showed me your true colors. All a bunch of lies. They sell goods that don't come complete. A million excuses. You don't return calls. I want to speak to a senior management!
