Refund/ no response from reebok

I returned sneakers to Reebok and was given an online credit instead of a refund to my original payment method, which I did not agree to. I’ve contacted Reebok several times with no response and no way to reach customer service.

This is unacceptable. I am requesting my refund to be processed immediately.
