Never use this logistics company…. No delivery after they give you a date

This company is a disaster… my shipment has not arrived after 7 days of being collected. Invoice says 2/3 days. Either I am tomd a lie that it will delivered the following day or my emails & call are ignored. You get *********** people answering call who are not able to assist with anything
