Bad Pizza
Placing your order just so that they can find out that they are out of Chicken, bacon, Pineapple etc. So what do you order? Basicaly everything on the menu has bacon or chicken. After placing my order and went to fetch it. I waited 15minutes extra to get my order. In the meantime a nother customer came in and place an order with bacon chicken pineapple. I was amazed to hear that the stock - bacon, pineapple has arrived in the meantime. The base was so thin, the topping was so little and tasteless. It was disgusting. This was the 3rd time that this happend. Do you run out of stock before orderding again?? Where is the Manager / Owner?

I found bones in my pizza
Hello Peter, I recently ordered from Rebels Pizza and had a very concerning experience. I found bones in my pizza, which is completely unacceptable and poses a serious food safety risk. This should never happen with any food order, and it raises concerns about their quality control and hygiene standards. I have reported the matter to the store and am currently waiting for a proper response, including an explanation and a resolution. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed urgently to prevent it from happening to other customers.

Rebels Pizza Mountain View Online Order Platform
We ordered pizza through the Rebels Pizza Online platform (Whatsup). We ordered just after 7 o'clock, an hour before there closing time. They only received our order around 9, by that time they are already closed. We went to the shop were we ordered the pizza. REBELS PIZZA MOUNTAIN VIEW. They sent a message to the Manager informing about this matter, we only received Feedback a hour after, no they will refund us. They sent me a "Proof of Payment" for the refund, which the money still doesn't reflect into my account after 12 hours now. But then they want to offer me a 50% discount on my next order....Pathetic

I ordered via Uber eats. The delivery never arrived so I went to the shop. 5he assist didnt know anything about my order, the changed her story the delivery guy had taken it. I told her I hadn't received it, almost after an hour, of which it was scheduled. She then old me, then the driver tool your order, without any further assistance, or trying to get hold the Uber driver. Poor service. I wont go there anymore. I where a loyal customer but not anymore.

Must be the most *********** business ever. I ordered 2 hours ago start calling an hour ago and they keep telling me it's on they way. Spoke to the manager and he said no they are lying it's only in the oven now 15 min ago.. like ***. Then the staff when you call will laugh in the background like it's a big joke. Will tell everyone I know how **** this place has become. Tried to give them another chance, but I won't make that mistake again. I WANT MY REFUND REBELS. What's sad is they were once one of the best, now the worst. Congratulations
