Excellent service

I recently opened a Shoprite Checkers PayitOff account. Unfortunately, the young man who helped me to open it was over enthusiastic and made claims which were factually incorrect. As a result, I lodged a complaint on the 12th March and requested that my account be cancelled and any charges reversed. From the outset the complaint was handled in a professional and sympathetic manner and was resolved in just a few days. It is a pleasure to interact with a company that knows what they are doing.
