UNACCEPTABLE

Very this appointed with this Supplier, requested a quote paid the quote and now I'm struggling to obtain all the ordered items as per quote. All response I'm getting apologies for the delay order is on back order, really. They have no interest to communicate you must continuedly follow up with them. This order was paid for now I must wait, how many weeks before the last item will be delivered. No customer service. You need to advise customers on your process of orders how long it will take and do you have the item in stock.
