Great Support
I have always had excellent support from Rain Irrigation. Christo Oosthuizen is always accessible and promptly returns service calls. I had two fresh water tanks (from municipal supply) supply and two rain water tanks installed by Rain Irrigation back in 2022. Recently I had a very small crack in one of the 5000 liter tanks. Rain Irrigation replaced the tank under warranty at no cost. Apparently this was about the first come-back on tanks supp**** to all customers. Just the replacement effort was quite considerable given the de-coupling and swopping the tanks in a very confined space next to the house. I can recommend Rain Irrigation for good installations and great support.

Great company
This company have done two installation for me. And I'm so happy with the workmanship and the neatness after they left. Now I can use rain water instead of municipality water, save money and it's clean water. Great company.

Humanity installed
Just when I thought there's no longer any humanity shown Rain Irrigation refunded my money after my life took a change and I was diagnosed with a rare brain condition. Having work done on my JoJo became a luxury as my medical expenses soared and I had to make payments to the hospital. Thank you Christo for your your kindness and humanity.

CONFIDENCE RESTORED
In my review I mentioned payment must be made upfront. In reading AGAIN the quotation the full payment upfront was only mandatory if I wanted to have a 5% discount, otherwise just 80% payable and balance upon completion. My apologies. The job has been concluded successfully. I would happily use Rain Irrigation again. Thank you Christo.

Owner of the business doesnt want to be involved after third request to get involved.
I called Rain Irrigation to do a re-installation. They came out and checked what needed to be done and sent me an estimate for 13K, ALL OF WHICH MUST BE PAID UPFRONT. They sent a gent out who did the re-installation one of the circuits then after they left leaked profusely. They sent the same person back who said the one faulty circuit was stuck causing the leaking. When I a day later wanted to show my gardener the system that same circuit doesn't work at all. I called Mr Oosthuizen back and he said he would send the same guy out again, BUT it probably wont be this week. Moral of the story, if asked to pay 100% upfront move on.
