Unacceptable charges

We’ve required there services at a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town house for leak detection. Although their charges were reasonable compared to others my husband had to as them after 4 hours of they’ve found anything. Then only they decided there’s no leak and treated us like ********s and demanded payment of R4350 before they would leave. I would not recommend their services AT ALL
