Worst place to seek help from due to their unprofessional drivers

Now you dont respond my messages!!!!!!! Look at what my insurance said!!!!! Because of your driver's unprofessional driving,her actions before the impact!!!!!!! I only get R31000 out!!!!! My car is taken, im at a loss thanx to you!!!! And your insurance refused to help as i must claim from my insurance. I atleast expect some decency from you or the driver,atleast get compensated for her actions!!!!!!!

Speeding, not slowing down, worst of all, not staying in her lane,and following my direction of movement.
