Excessive Pricing

unacceptable that whole wheat berries are exhorbantly more expensive than ordinary bread flour, which by very definition costs much more to to produce in time and energy.

Cost of Whole Wheat Berries

Nice Site - and nice products. But there is one thing that is bugging me (accross all these health shops), Why is it, or how can it be that whole, unmilled (unprocessed wheat berries and grains be more expensive than milled and processed bread flour, which by very definition, requires far more input costs to make?

Best Products, Great Quality, Value for Money

Since my very first order, I have only received the most friendly, professional and timely service. My parcels are always shipped on time, to the different addresses I put on and not a single mistake was made. The products itself are the best quality in South Africa, they are very thoughtfully sourced and the taste because of the quality is different to what you buy on the shelves in the general stores. The prices are also very good and I appreciate it. Good quality for less. Since then I have ordered my bulk food supply on a regular basis. Have not found a single stone in my grains unlike other products that I used by off shelf in general stores. I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Pure and Whole. They may send you a DVD on Bible Truth which is great I appreciated that too. If you are not a believer it only shows that they are genuine people and genuinely care, not only for your physical health but also spiritual health. Thank you for kind and professional service.

Freshly milled Rye flour

I have now purchased a few times from them and I'm really pleased with both their product quality and their service. I need Crushed Rye for my Danish Sourdough Rye bread - Crushed Rye is almost impossible to find anywhere so I was extremely happy when I found Pure and Whole - and the best thing is that they are able to accommodate special requests with regards to milling - what a brilliant service. Without them - I wouldn't be able to make one of my favorite breads from my home country. Their service is simply brilliant and very friendly.

Good products, but carries missionary activities

Good quality of product (although the Fava beans were a bit small). Very affordable pricing. Hassle-free delivery. Nice range of healthy food items. Unfortunately, my delivery came with 4 CDs attached to the receipt. The CDs were labelled 'The Prophecy Code by Doug Batchelor' and the CD covers featured biblical topics such as "The Truth about Israel's 144 000", "God's Health Plan", and "The Devil Chained". I did not order those CDs, they are a virus risk, and it's just plain unprofessional to push religion on your customer when I just wanted to order some flour and seeds. The fact they were attached to the receipt with a rubber band shows it was intended to be seen and not ignored, because of course we need to check our receipt, so of course we'll look through the suspicious end-of-the-world disks attached to it. Just a very strange experience overall.
