PRETTY FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT ****TY ON THE INSIDE

DO NOT rent / buy from this place! What you will pay is an absolute robbery! These buildings are built poorly, everyone in the estate struggles with mold growing on the walls and window frames! In our unit the rubbers around the window frames aren't sealed properly so rain actually seeps through. The water electricity and gas bills ARE NOT accurate!! You can hear every little noise your next door and upstairs neighbors make - kids running and screaming in other units will literally echo through your unit. Security and estate managers are absolutely rude. The security has such snotty attitudes treating tenants, owners and visitors so badly. Noise from busy roads you can't avoid. & honestly so many other small things that add up to the frustration.
