My property at Tuscans, century view since successful transfer January 2020 suffered greatly in what I liken to racism and xenophobia I am up to date with all monthly fees levied and have severally communicated with the office until the trustees begin to involve in personal issues of individuals perpetrated in a fashion as to demonstrate conspiracy, to the extent of been told in a communication about November 2022 to remove the wall mounted Air-condition inherited in purchase at the side wall corner of my property when many properties in century view indeed have Air-condition at the front wall of the property Shortly before this the encounter of municipal contravention launched on me by COT MUNICIPAL Lity from the inadequacies of the solar installer MAN NEIGHBOUR was reported to the property cafe as if for intervention that became glaring that samsung S7 and S22 phones, desktop, laptop have beeN cloned Shortly after this my gold jewelleries were gone from 24 the Tuscans, my home.. Communication were sent out to the management and board of trustees as requested by the security team in cell phone group however no one has had the decency to speak to me in house and to date. The above is said as a missing cat communication seems to be of priority The link between my immediate neighbours to the encounters above seems to demonstrate that the cybercrime is condoned at century view Very worrying that the ilegal structure put up close to my property at century view seems to have enjoyed the permission of property cafe as alluded The municipal contravention that was served on the owner of the property where the ilegal structure is in century view to date has not removed it since August 2022 , for the record please be reminded that I am the direct complainant on the ilegal structure as previously numerously mentioned to all concerned I am very aware that the owner of the ilegal structure referred to myself the complainant as an illegal immigrant that led the unlawful arrest by milnertoN police station Numerous Communications and video exchange between myself and property cafe has been deleted from my cybercriminal that ran with my email and cloned my phone Not surprising hearing that i provide evidence of what I am saying to the next one when indeed they know why they hacked my home at century view Communications where the previous owner of my property Late Percy wife jumped on the ladder and video the neighbours leaking pipe that claim to be my pipe inside the boundary as if fooled, my garage automated door was open video and pictured at my property 24 Tuscans amongst many others have been deleted by the cyber criminals Property cafe please advise me, is century view indeed homes for thieves that come to hide their identity?, if not please respond to my concerns as these matters reached you and nothing was ever done Could be it be that you have direct relationship or and interest in events at 24 the Tuscans?, if not please justify the actions of property cafe of allowing illegal structure in century view and complaint targeted as in the days of Apartheid!!! Kindly go through all email communication between myself and your office and forward them with all attachments, videos and pictures inclusive An external hard at my rescue saved me however it does not speak to specific emails Many calls from media interested in publishing ordeals are noted on record, however and very typical that you know, 24, Tuscans is always slow and sluggish to anger that connotes that the foreign medical doctor is an illegal immigrant Your understanding of the above will be greatly appreciated Please provide answers all property owners have equal rights. Bespoke service from Property Cafe
Superb service from Jackee and her team over the 6 years I stayed in the property they managed. The Property was sold during the time I was a tenant and the was no change in the level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. I would strongly recommend Property Cafe Century City, and would like to commend them for 6 years of service excellence.
