Marquis Finance does not support their clients in any way. they simply want your money. Please stay way for this business entity. I had my first vehicle finance deal with Marquis when I purchased a 2015 KIA Rio on 13-09-2022. on 28-07-2025 I traded in this car for VW Golf 7 TSI at Myaa Auto. Not knowing that these 2 businesses operate in a very unprofessional manner, I was told that the settlement of the Kia was done. Later I found out from the constant phone calls from marquis that MYAA Auto did not settle the KIA as they promised during the deal for the Golf. However, I am shocked that Marquis could just grant a second vehicle finance deal without asking about first one, neither conduct any affordability check, which will reveal that I would not be able to pay for both cars. when I took the matter to the MIOSA, since dec 2025, I am still waiting for the outcome of my case. meanwhile, Marquis is not assisting me in any way to solve this problem with Myaa Auto, which sold the Kia a long time ago. I do believe that the vehicle finance company owe the vehicle and therefore should assist me in getting Myaa auto to do the right thing by settle the traded -in vehicle they took from me and sold it. MYAA Auto does not care about Customer Service. They sell the car as it came. I bought a 2014 Golf 7 TSI from them on 28 Jul 2025. by 27 Aug 2025, I notice that the car's engine is smoking and is consuming oil a little more than normally. I told them but nothing is done about it. the break starting to fail. I took the care back to them. they tool 4 days to fix the breaks but did nothing about the smoking engine.

Capitec Bank should do as they say in their Slogan (Know what you get and know what you pay) i went to apply for a loan to find out that they are offering an additional Credit facility which is like a trap. 6 months evolving Loan. which you will only pay for when you use the money. then I asked how much will that cost me, all including the facility, well the consultant could not give me a clear straight forward answer. it sounds like a surprise waiting to happen to anyone taking that option of "Use first and we will tell you how much you will pay" deal. This Institution is robbing their Clients by taking taking more you owe them as last instalment is round to a full one. i just finished my 48 months loan with Direct Axis Jan 2022, my last month, they took full instalment while by balance was about R300 less than the monthly instalment. i sked for refund, they refused to refund the surplus they took from me.. I called and asked even for a Paid up letter but i never got
I have a funeral cover with Hollard insurance. according the deal, they are supposed to pay me a cash back bonus if i am claim free for 5 years. now it is time to get that bonus, but they just gone quiet. only thing they are calling me everyday for now is to increase my cover, therefore my premium. Several times I said I am not able to afford to increase my cover. Still they decided to increase my premium with almost R50. i am not sure that is a penalty for refusing to increase my cover. so disappointing. they only want money for self enrichment.
Autoassist has been debiting my account for an amount of R18 for the past three years without authorization. I don't have an account with them and never had any agreement with them regarding this matter. The amount has been the same all this years. Please help stop this fugitives from stealing my money.
i just made an enquiry for my car insurance quote but i got a caller who just want to talk and does not listen. at the end she said i am rude but i just want her to pause and listen to what i an saying for a second before talking no stop.
I was surprised to find out that after King Price took a month to get to the loss agreement, they were so quick to collect spare key of the car they say it is written off and cannot be repaired. now i am still waiting for the settlement money to be paid to me since last week Friday. So much for a royal service !!!
