I booked the bus to travel on the 27th November I received an sms stating that the bus is canceled therefore it will be scheduled for 28th November 2024 reasons known to them. My plans were scattered as I had an appointment for 28th November. I requested for my refund in order for taking alternative available transport, I was told by the ilula that I cannot get my refund, therefore I was forced to take Ilula on the 28th November. The bus was meant to be leaving the station 18h00.I'm still stucked at the train station by 10h30 Pm with. no safety at all. I would advise anyone who wish to travel this December please don't make the mistake I made and book Ilula bus, their service is very poor and stink. The bus is the **** to managemt
My pregnancy was never an easy one but with Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe I was able to pull through. A doctor that care so much about the patient, I was blessed to have him as my gynecologist. The doctor that make sure that the patient is happy always , very friendly and kind and loving soul with smile . I don't know how many times I almost gave up due to my health conditions , My doctor was always there for me throughout the pregnancy and through him I was able to come alive with my baby girl. I recommend Dr Wilhelm van der Merwe to any pregnant woman, he is the best Dr, especially when you want to be treated with care and love.
Telkom is robbing the clients they over billing clients and not care about clients, As long as them getting money from the bank. I made the call to Telkom asking for them to cancel my insurances and I was given the insurance company number to contact, I contacted the insurance company and I canceled my insurance late September 2023, and I Inform Telkom agent that the insurance was canceled. I was issued with the cancelation certificate by the insurance company. Again after receiving the statement In October 2023 I was billed for insurance that was canceled. I made the call with Telkom and ask I was told that it will show on the next statement and refunded. I made a call with Telkom again in November 2023 enquiring about my wrong billing I was told that the insurance money will be reversed and paid to my account. That never happen November 2023 I was billed for insurance as well in my statement and debited R1870 in November 2023. Early DECEMBER 2023 I went to Telkom store to ask for the settlement of the Laptop which I was in a position to make the settlement of the contract of laptop, knowing that I will not have the money late December and January In the Telkom store I was told that I cannot settle until I receive the End December statement I even ask if there are no options for me to make payment the Telkom sale guy told me no unfortunately I cannot make payment and that I must wait for the December statement, I left the store very unhappy . Which is I wanted to cut my bills but I was refused by the Telkom, which that led me to be In the condition of not able to pay December and January due to unforseen circumstances that took the money that was supposed to be paid If I was given a chance to settle the Contract at that time I was in store, and given an account to make payment, that would have helped me, and I would have not been in the condition I'm currently in. Telkom never call to tell me about my query of the insurance and if the issue was resolved or not since November. December 2023 Telkom did the double debit inclusive of insurance that was long canceled without my concernt. I reverse the debit as it was the wrong billing and never given the concernt to do the double debit. Telkom is robbing clients, and when Telkom is billing, though they block their service they will still charge you with the subscription data that they don't pay after payment. I'm behind with two installment due to them not providing me with correct billing and that makes me to be reluctant in making payment. Telkom never make use of contacting me as their CLIENT not even responding to my email. instead my account was hended over unfairly and wrongly. I hate Telkom with passion I never expected this kind of unprofessional service delivery. I will not advise anyone to pass through what I have been through with Telkom. The stress and anxiety of not knowing your bill and stress of not able to make settlement on your account when you want to, or whenever you have chance to pay. Decbe
Highly disappointed I submitted the funeral cover claim on the 4th July I'm still not paid, their 24 hours policy stated that payment will be made within 24 hours, I never receive a call regarding my policy that I have with them since 2020, they are holding the payment intentionally we cannot proceed with funeral arrangements because of FNB funeral.. I cannot recommend FNB funeral to anyone it is clear that they are cruel and ****mers because even if you call there is no transparency the agent will only tell you of escalating the call, even after that you don't get a communication... I wouldn't not wish for anyone to take FNB funeral covers, they will not pay in times of difficulties , they take their time and forgot about their policies in terms of payment they will not care..
I have capitec funeral cover and my claim was declined but i have 6 months premium paid to capitec funeral, since i have submitted the claim i never get the respond the only time i get the respond it was the time i was asked a question of the life assured if capitec is only policy covered which i answered, to my understanding i have taken a cover for the life assured simple because i wanted an policy to be able to bury my loved one not to be asked questions when i need to make a claim, and capitec funeral they don't respond fairly to their client but they are very good to debit the premiums on their bank...in my policy i have already have 6 months premiums to capitec that alone makes me to be qualified and be insured with capitec with my family that are in that policy...kindly Capitec pay my claim as you debit to my bank..incident number 72422686...i have insured my life to u because i trusted you....every premium its a month...infact a month should be calculated the day the policy was signed not even the day of debit....Capitec funeral pay my money agent so that i can be able to bury my cousin.Thank you
Metropolitan is the best life insurance and they dont hesitate to pay your claim when you lost your loved one...i have never waited long for my claim and the pay out is not taking time after submitting all the documents and they show care for their clients ....metropolitan you are the best
I was scammed by car dealership Auto world Motors claiming to be in no 1 lightning street RhodesField,Kempton Park 1619 their landline is 0112197202 and their WhatsApp no is 0784104453...they claim to be working with standard bank and selling the standard bank repossessed cars and they have their website which is www.autoworldmotorsJhb.co.za...they asked me to Deposit the money into their capitec account 1699634694 claiming the account is for auto worldmotors only to understand that the account holder is T.A Makwela which is the company director according to their sales man using the number 0784104453 and their branch manager called Andrea is using 087510 2061 all their numbers are still going through and they claim to be car dealership, please i'm warning people not fall to their trap like i did ..i lost my money R65000 which was transferred to that account..i can be happy if hello peter can quickly deal with this so called car dealership that is not existing..they are scam that company domain email is not working
The death claim was submitted on the 18 January 2020 it is still not payed after everything submitted to them they keep on telling stories today is 30 January 2020 but on their contract they said claims are being payed within 7 days..unlimited insure is not the insurance that can be trusted and no offices in Cape Town....it is not an honest insurance company
