Due to personal reasons I has to sell my vehicle. I asked MFC to start the process and sell on my behalf. After the vehicle was sold I notice there was a refund own to me, I contacted them and MFC confirmed there was a refund owned to me. I was told to submit a bank account conformation letter to process my refund. MFC replied to acknowledge they received my bank letter and the refund team was instructed to process the refund. I waited 10 working days and still have not received my refund, when I enquire about it i was told there is no refund own to me. I have the statement showing the refund. I then requested the last statement and all of a sudden there is a charge for "Rebate -19" to exactly the same amount as the refund. When I asked them to clarify the term I got no response this was 10 days ago.
Vodacom keen adding subscriptions to my account. I have removed the sim from the router en send the message to stop all. Even phone the customer care and they confirmed there was no subscription, but my account ballance keep escalating daily. I have never agreed to any subscriptions and will not pay for this. I will reverse my debit order and only pay what I had agree to in my contract.

I have submitted mu 2018 tax return in the beginning of July 2018. After numerous calls my review is still with auditing. According to SARS they have 21 working days to complete the audit. Till date 67 working days have passed more then 3 times the allowable time. At this point I was told they will escalate my quarry AGAIN!!!!!
I been with the bank for 7+years. In the time I have purchase a house, ( recently R1M ) have a credit card and a personal loan ( R200k )with them. I am a private client and therefor pay additional fees to benefit for extra services. I wanted to purchase a vehicle and got refused. My banker wrote a motivation informing them off all the products I already have with them but still they refuse to help me. Sad part is more then 1 other corporation approved my application immediately and now things don't make sense to me? I will now have to take my business somewhere else.

I had an airtime contract with Edgars and I have cancelled the contract in Dec 2015. From Dec 2015 no instalment was deducted from my account. I am in process to apply for a contract with Vodacom but my number still reflect as a contract number. After numerous phone calls I am still having the issue. I was promise they will correct the status back to pre-paid. At this time there is a risk that I will loose my phone as Vodacom cant process the contract. I have spoken to Keneilwe in this regard.
I have submitted a claim for a rear window and the claim was handled by PG Glass, Lephalale. They fitted the window and in the process damage my vehicle. They used some sort of tool and scratch the paint. When I confronted them they acknowledged the damage was done by them agreed to pay. I have since taken the vehicle to 2 panel beaters for quotes as requested. This happened on the 11th of August and at this point we still waiting for feedback on when the vehicle will be repaired. Update : As promised to get feedback on the 2nd October, nothing happened I have spoken to the local branch and was told they still wait for the insurance......... totally unacceptable. Almost 2 months down the line.......
