What a disgusting manner of approach DOES ANYBODY WORK AT THE FSCA ,what utter incompetence , for an institution that is suppose to aim to enhance and support the efficiency and integrity of financial customers by promoting their fair treatment by financial institutions , as well as providing financial customers with financial education. The Fsca is suppose to assist further by maintaining financial stability (what a load of bs) . Theses are not the morals ethics or professionalism that you receive. They don’t answer calls the receptionist answer your call and it left to ring forever, when they answering they transfer you to a ghost. No one has answers for the questions you have. As for the exemptions and extension department they are clueless as to the operations , no sense of listening skills just a need to get rid of you on the phone and furthermore don’t even ask the right question to assist instead they become argumentative. I had call over 13 times to Fsca head office 0124288000. Today I called Mr Thabego manganye 012428815) after I received a mail acquiring documents I already mailed instead I get referred to Busiswe 012 367 7813 who transfers me yet again. Called the call centre spoke to Mpho she indicated she will escalate took my details waiting for a call back from her senior management poor poor poor….
I'm disgusted at the non responsive mentality of kfc after my sick son admitted in a hospital had to be subjected to burnt contaminated food and till this date no apology or responsive from kfc
Disgusted that till date I have heard nothing from Mc donalds for the lack of quality and cheering customers into paying for things they don't get
We order kfc for my son who was in hospital in randburg ,the kfc was contaminated and chaared it did not taste well at all ,please remember that kfc might be serving doors to people who re not well we don't need them to further contaminate the food andcrisk poisoning or hurting and I'll person already ,watch what u serve the public ,your quality is slowly dropping..I'm disappointed
I was awarded a gift card which expires and a discount for my first purchase on UberEATS but when I try to utilise it the deboniors rosettenville declines my discounts because I only have to pay an amount of less the R10 after the order ,why give the discounts if I cannot utilise it what a scam so know i will lose out on the voucher because debonairs rosettenville rejecting my order
I'm truly not I'm pressed with Mc donalds this is no the first time I went to Mc donalds in Kenilworth Johannesburg south bought a Share box and the sice for the nuggets was contaminated ,it was suppose to be barbeque sauce but the sauce was contaminated ,yet again yesterday I went to the Mc Donalds columbine square ,nuggets was dry ,the sauce was not supplied , they provided us with coke zero instead of normal coke I was told the price was R197 when paying I'm informed it is R205 was informed that with coke it's an extra R2.40 ,the big Mac meals were really dry and had to put tomatoes sauce on for it to taste better the quality of the meals we are paying for is deteriorating and I'm sorry to say it but mc donalds is not the same anymore the quality has dropped. So if they don't sheat you from not putting what u paid for then they serve you contaminated and dry food ,that's not good at all.
Today I wake up livered Pick n pay your manner of handling queries is pathetic you guys have got no sense of respect of urgency ,I loved shopping by you but now I think I spend my money on compny that does not deserve my hard earned money ,if this is the way you treat your clients I would rather go shop at boxer, ShopRite and checkers cause you guys and disgusting you are a bunch of liars and thieves you take and keep something that does not belong to you. You don't contact clients and resolve matters all you do all day is make empty promises and furthermore your call center is only cloned to issue ten thousand reference numbers. Leave banking to the banks,keeping something that does not belong to you is stealing I don't know what made retail stores think that they are able to do what banks can. Pick n pay and many other stores should stick to selling clothing and food , if your systems cannot handle what a bank does so then stay away from it. Cash send should never be the responsibility of a retail store cause number one it inconveniences the sender and the recipient and the importance of the reputational risk both entities will suffer due to bad service. This is not working many people loss money when they collect their cash sends from retail stores ,we get given the incorrect message as the recipient, you feel like a criminal and then when you tell the sender your personal reputation is tarnished because when they call the bank the banks information is that the voucher was redeemed ,to many of us recipients have experienced this. Just a week ago another woman was sent cash from her son redeemed it at another retail store she was devastated as she needed the money to get away from an abusive husband who beat her up the night before. After a day the sender was informed by the manager of that store that unfortunately the money is not with them. 3 Days later the sender was called and informed that indeed the money was with them and they would like to refund the sender, how did this affect the recipient no one cares. As entities you do not realise why we need the money and you casually can care less how it affects the recipient ,the attitude is that your not our client that is the response from the bank and the retail store response is that, No we do not have anything the problem lies with the bank not with us. The back and forth nonsense we have to deal with. No one wants to take responsibility so if that's the case then retail stores should stick to what they know and banks need to stick to being banks. My capitec voucher was redeemed at the pick n pay evaton mall it approved on the till and I was informed that it was declined by bank I'm now sitting with distrust from the sender as she had to contact the bank who informed her the voucher was redeemed. I called the call center got cut off and then logged a call on the Facebook page and all I received is a computerised message with a reference till this day nothing. I am utterly disgusted at the quality of chips I received today not only am I disgusted but disappointed in the manner in which my complaint was handle on returning the box of chips. On arrival I met Spiro at the door who redirected me to the inside staff as he was heading to Tops section. As I approached Hannie he was busy with one of the supervisor he did not really pay full attention when I explained my displeasure of the box of chips which was suppposed to be crispy not hard old and inedible. When he eventually paid attention to me asked me what it was and I explained according to him he jokingly said that I return the chips when I already ate half of it at this time he never even opened the box and looked at the chips in order for him to have made such a remark, the box was full of this inedible chips and with his remark I put the chips with the receipt on the cou ter and angrily walked out of the store shouting, leave it I don't want it you can keep it, having to pay R59. 99 for a box of chips is no joke in this trying times. Nevermind the chips Mario, Spiro and Hannie knows our household well we have been shopping there for the past 25 years and we still continue my mother Flora StaalMeester well know at the spar, they all know about my daughter who was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma which is a Cancer of the Lymp nodes and it isanily caused by what children eat so when it comes to food I do not play or joke or take it lightly I'm truly unhappy and I'm disappointed in his behavior even with me going and getting a fresh box I'm not pleased with the quality at all as much as I put a brave smiley face in the store not to cause chaos I'm not happy at all. I'm disgusted to say the least.
