1242531378 - ticket number i have been dealing with Monique Jacobus for the last 3 weeks trying to return a defective chair , they cannot even do a simple thing like pick up and deliver the correct goods. worst service i have ever eceived
logged a return over a week and a half ago and to date they did not pick up the defective goods which they promised to do on a few occasion's - order number 202720143159
I tried to get assistance with activating my device. I spoke to Britney Naicker from support and have emailed her for assistance on activating my device but despite reaching out to support ,my device has not been activated and no response from support
on the 19 sept 2020 at around 9am, i visited suncoast with my family to have breakfast. However the guard at the front said we cant enter suncoast because my 2 year old son shield was not acceptable he needs to have a mask under the shield. I asked to speak to the security manager on duty , who then came to talk to us ... he then advised that the management of suncoast advised that a kid below 2 years must have a mask on. I asked to speak to the manager -- they said no manager is available on saturday. The problem here is a 2 year has not yet fully developed organs and if we use a mask for a 2 year old he may have trouble breathing hence the reason for the face shield. Should a baby also use a mask. This is was a terrible experience and utter embarrassing situation to be placed in .I am considering bringing this matter to the media attention. Suncoast should really start reading WHO guidelines

I got a call from ********** and a guy said he represent wesbank and confirmed l my details about my new car and then tried to sell me some added cover when I told him to email me the information he became rude and refused to listen to me ...how the hell do you guys allow this
I asked the consultant the sold this policy to me to upgrade my car hire to automatic on my rav 4 . but this was not done, Now i had to pay avis R190 per a day extra .....when i booked the car hire through the call centre the agent said he will speak to his manager .....he never came back to me
Hi, I placed an order during the black Friday and to date i have still not received my order . Just phone calls and emails about no stock. So why was products sold when there was no stock on hand. I need my delivery ASAP. No more excuses.
