I purchased two tyres which i used for a month until they started developing bubbles, went back to Bilal at mintys Amalgam where i was told that this is my fault and i should "try" contact the manufacturers directly. Nothing was done and i lost R10 000. After some investigations i found out i was not the only one and mintys has done the same to many other clients, they are known for selling old expired tyres. Do not support mintys by looking at there great deals as it will land up costing you, rather support a proper business with a proper management system.
I purchased an approved used vehicle from salesman Saan Reddy there was an issue with the vehicle but they did all they could to accommodate me and resolve the issue. Thank you
Aramex has lost a package that i have sent with them the pacakage contained health products that were not cheap, we have now called them over 5 times speaking to different consultants but still they have not given us any feedback. I use aramex to do all my shipments daily but from now this will change, i cannot understand how a package can go missing from a dropbox this service is terrible, and the worsr part is that they do not get back to you.
I purchased a second hand vechile which i realized had an issue from the first time i had great service. My car was worked on by Dwayne he honestly has given me incredible service even after bringing in my car numoras times not once was it an issue he took his time to explain to me everything he needed to even to the point where he asssisted me in Writing a report i could send out to the dealer i got my car from. Anyone that has a high performance are and needs assistince Dwayne will help you and give you great service. Things like this will make me stick with the VW brand as to me great service is everything.
I placed an order through the drive through once the food was given to me in my hand the packet tore open and the food fell out. The women working there was very rude explaining to me that its my fault claiming that i must of hit the packet on my car (this was clearly not the case and any camera around the area can prove this), the manager was called and the manger herself was also absolutely rude telling me to pick up all the food that has messed on the floor after me asking her to do so she told me that she needs me to pick up the food as she needs it to do stock take. These women were both absolutely rude to me and i was not willing to get out of my car to pick up the food that had messed on the floor which was not my fault(not to mention its Louis Botha at almost 23:00 which is not really safe at all) in my opion as i saw the packet tear it was due to one of the boxes not being closed properly as it was a sharp edge that had torn this packet. I was really dissapointed in the service and left without a meal which was already paid for. I am a regular daily customer of Louis Botha Mcdonalds and this service is not at all fair on me, i am not being paid to be a cleaner that picks up food from the ground i am very fimilar with the mcdonalds policy and it states that if food has fallen within the store the food should be replaced hence the manager shouldnt even need to be called where as in this case i was left feeling guilty to accept a meal also no where does it state that even if food has fallen does a customer need to pick it up themself. i am willing to get my attorney to tell me the way forward if these workers are not reprimanded correctly.I Have emailed customer care and no one has gotten back to me this is really terrible service and im certain if mconalds franchise was to find out about this they would too be very dissapointed.
last month sometime i went to the shell glenhove garage and filled fuel (full tank) only once i was done filling did the petrol attendant tell me the tyre pressure machine wasnt working. for a good few days after i kept going past the garage to fill my tyre pressure as i didnt want to go to another garage and just fill pressure and not any fuel but the machine still was not working. this service is really terrible and the fact that i was not aware before i put fuel really annoyed me as i would of simply just went to another garage.
I cannot remember an exact date but they was a day last month where i came into the store to buy something and during this time there was a begging that had been in the store before i had even walked in and it seemed as if he was there for a while and once i was paying he was trying to harrass me for money. i have nothing against any beggers i just feel as if they should not be in a store it makes the customer feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Melrose KFC is a 24/7 branch. i went through the drive through at around 22:15 yesterday evening. They refused to make me any fried burger or twister (they said they can only grill) as they said they cannot because they are cleaning. I understand that they do need to clean ect but then why call it a 24 hour kfc? also it would make more sense to do cleaning early hours of the Morning as it would be less busy at those times or maybe clean a frier at a time as cleaning all at once would affect sales. this really was ridiculous and i was unable to even get any food. This is really against any regulation that KFC has and this should never be happening, Note i spoke to a women by the name of Cynthia.
I Purchased 2 laptops from incredible connection at the full value of over R20 000 i also took microsoft office for both computers.(16 June 2018) less then a week after the purchase i requested if i could get a refund on the microsoft office as i did not use it or anything and once i asked they refused fair enough i do understand its not an option to refund this item. i then requested them to please refund one of the purchased laptops as it was still sealed and not opened they then told me that they will work on the refund for the microsoft office weeks and months went by and they did not get back to me as now my 7days money back was no longer valid they told me they will not refund the office and they cannot refund the pc aswel because the 7days have past. This is if they fooled me in thinking they will refund me so that i dont return the laptop which i actually had a valid right to do at the time. this service is honestly terrible as to spite it all they did not even call me about the microsoft office to inform me at all and once i called back they did not even remember the incident and claim they have misplaced my microsoft office but they will gve me a new one but cannot give me a refund. this has honestly frustreated me so much that i am willing to spend more then i even paid for these laptops just to get them realise legally the implications that they have caused me. I pre ordered and purchased the samsung Galaxy s10 as i was aware that i would receive a free set of galaxy buds aswel as a 500 voucher for samsung accessory (this was not the case as the voucher could only be user online and for a cover only) besides that is not the point the point is that i have now been waiting sinve the 11th of march for my delivery on my Galaxy buds and they have everyday been stating that it will come but it hasnt come i understand this is not Samsung at fault but i have emailed samsung with no response at all. i insist on getting my galaxy buds delivered using another courier company not Courier it as they are useless and they are actually impacting samsungs customers due to there poor service. this is really rediculous and i would either like my item being delivered immidiatley using another courier company or i shall demand a refund and would rather go to court and spend 10x the amount of an S10 just so that i can get my valid pount across.
