After I posted the following: I recently wanted to cancel two of my numbers, which are not in use. A third party from Vodacom contacted me, and they said they will cancel the two contracts and upgrade my current/main line. Which they did not do, they upgraded the wrong number. After I received the upgrade on the wrong line i phoned Vodacom for them to reverse the upgrade, well within the period you should. I have to pay them now, for something I can not use; they still haven't canceled my number. I requested them to cancel. This is taking a month. Vodacom, just to let you know, if you don't sort this out promptly, I will be cancelling all my contracts with you when they expire, and I will never consider you again. The choice is yours. Nothing has been done; they collected the device, and still have not canceled the contract. So, Vodacom, you made your choice. I will be moving on as soon as my upgrades expire, and you will never see me again. Thanks for nothing. I have been a client for ages, and this is the treatment I receive. Nice Maybe Cell C or MTN has better customer service, I will see. Vodacom Customer Service is non-existent.

To all looking for new insurance. Please do not go for the cheaper option like King Price. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mon Blank Insurance, I should have stayed with them. Had an accident and Mont Blank sorted it out ASAP without any hassle. King Price however requesting accident reports and previous insurance information that is not relevant to the claim. They are dragging their feet and I wonder why. When you need an accident report you need to pay for it and go into the station within working hours, and if there is load shedding they can not assist you at all. This is ridiculous, I pay every month on time with no issues, but now when there is an accident that is not my fault, I get no assistance. It is a very simple case, and should not be this difficult to sort out. If King Price does not sort this out ASAP, I will take further measures against them as a company.
Vodacom, you are busy with fraud. They send me a router and added a contract to my account that I never ordered, tried to deliver the order to different address, but I found out when the Courier could not reach the owner at the home, then phoned me. Asked them to look into this because someone at vodacom clearly wanted me to pay for their bill. I am struggling to get any help from Vodacom to rectify this and cancel this order not placed by me.

We went to burger king tonight, bought 4 burger meals. We only recieved 3. When i went inside to tell them that they short supplied us, the staff was very unfriendly and didnt want to help us. After a while they gave us a burger which is not the burger we ordered. I complained again and they just staired at me. So before i did something or said something i shouldnt i decided to walk away. We spend a lot of money to have nice food for our family. We dont need this type of treatment. And then you dont get what you paid for. And best of all now i am still hungry becuase obviously i gave my food to my son. I really dont see myself going to burger king boksburg again. Regards Kobus
