Need MTN Fibre assistance ASAP. I have only one day left of the month to give a month's notice to cancel our MTN Supersonic account. I have been trying for a week via email, calling and on whatsapp with absolutely NO luck. We have sold our house and are moving and we are not going to pay R992 for another month. Please can someone from MTN get back to me so that I can cancel my contract. I'm furious that this must be such a struggle not even talking about my time. Very FRUSTRATING.
Good day, our cellphones are insured with Cellsure. My cell was stolen and I have been trying to get hold of them via email and the only phone number just doesn't exist or simply doesn't even ring. Please can someone let me know how to get hold of them as I do not have a proper working phone. And we pay monthly fees to this insurer. Regards Izene
<p>Shockingly, or not, still awaiting Mobile Talk to collect our device and refund us. My 3rd complaint on Hello Peter and it seems to be the only way for someone to get back to us. <p>After my last complaint on hello Peter my issue is still not resolved and we are sitting with the device in it's box waiting to be collected and for our contract to be cancelledand our monies to be refunded. I'm begging for mobile talk to take this seriously and for someone in management to call me personally because I can not deal with anyone in the call centre anymore. Please resolve this issue!!!! </p> <p>And I'm warning and advising anyone to not buy anything or take out any kind of contract with Mobile Talk. Their service and business ethos are beyond shocking!!!</p>
