Order number #o316222667 I have been trying to obtain some products in the superfood range. These products are being discontinued. According to Lebo, (the product rep in SA as I understand), Truworths had stock. So, I placed an order, number o316222667. I was really happy because the order was fulfilled. However, I just received the products. CICA calming hydration juice and the Superfood facial oil. Both boxes are sun damaged and the facial oil is dirty inside and outside as if the product leaked. I'm very concerned about the integrity of the products in the box since they're heat and light sensitive. I am beyond words to describe how disgusted I am with Elemis and the service I have received this year. This is the second time I order products from supposedly reputable distributors but the products arrive in less than trustworthy order. Not only that, I keep missing discount promotions either because the code doesn't work (as it happened back in April) or my profile keeps getting software exceptions and I can't place the order as it happened during the recent black Friday. I was told the profile must be deleted because it's clashing with another. I can't delete it myself and I can't do anything to keep the exceptions from coming up. I'm still waiting. So, I missed the black Friday special. Then I place an order with another distributor and the products arrive in the condition of the pictures. Lebo doesn't even reply to my WhatsApp anymore, despite having asked me to contact her via that medium. I contacted Truworths to find out what to do about these products. I really want to keep them but I'm very worried about the condition of the products judging by the packaging. I don't think I'm being unreasonable in my search for my favourite products and taking advantage of offered specials. These products are not free. I paid for them, including delivery. I just don't understand why this is happening and now I'm getting complete radio silence from just about everyone. I wish I could post the pictures.
Looking for something to spoil my husband with this Christmas, I began to feel very disappointed with the cumbersome and difficult to navigate coffee sellers' online pages. Until I found Gegrond. Not only their page is a pleasure to navigate, the coffee beans I chose were offered in different types of roasts! The cherry on top is that I placed the order after 9pm and received it the following afternoon. All the packaging is lovely, especially the speciality coffee beans in the can ...really delighted my husband. What a pleasure. I wish this company much success because we need great coffee products and excellent service and ethics in SA.
I'm not even sure where to begin. Two weeks ago I placed an online order for some skincare with Woolworths. I ordered two Elemis products and two Gatineau products. Two of the four items I received were filthy. The Elemis product box was completely destroyed and had damp marks. The Gatineau product doesn't come in a box but had sticky substances all over it and the seal was covered in dirt. I immediately contacted the online customer service and the nightmare really begun. I spent a total of 3 hours over the past two weeks following up on this issue. They kept saying someone will resolve but no one was taking responsibility. I demanded to know how they can willingly individually wrap these disgusting products, stuff in a box and send to the customer! I wanted to know how do they store skincare that's worth thousands of rands!!! As if this wasn't enough, I used my "birthday" voucher for the purchases and I'm told their can't refund me my voucher even though I returned all the items for a refund. Happy birthday to me... isn't it Woolworths? Where's the service? I'm still waiting for the manager to call me, which I was promised he'd do yesterday!!! The standards are being dropped, not the prices!!! Disgusting.
About Woolworths Dash: I'm not only appalled by the bad service, I'm completely dumbstruck that I was charged for items that I didn't receive!!! I hadn't noticed. I hope other customers check their orders and the charges. The Dash team is *********** and three weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund from a cancelled order which they charged me for, for extra items charged that I didn't receive and for items returned which weren't refunded. I tried Woolies Dash for the second time to give them a chance to make it right. Won't make that mistake again. I keep getting emails saying that the issue is resolved when nothing has been done. They select one issue to answer and ignore everything else. Shocking! And why do they keep asking for reviews if they do nothing about the bad quality of their items???
