I am incredibly grateful to Debt Guides for their support in helping me become debt-free. The sense of relief is truly beyond words. They are currently managing the process of clearing my name from debt counselling with the same professionalism and care they’ve shown from day one. I visited Bloemfontein Fleurdal branch to get a new card. Service was fast and efficient. Most notably was also the attitude of employees. They enjoy what they do and motivate each other. I think that even if I had to wait longer the attitude of the employees would still have made it a pleasure doing business there.
I ordered a stove which I received damaged and booked a return. The stove was then picked up but now they are still trying to book collection and I receive no communication on the exchange. Seems they now lost the stove. One month down the line and I still do not have the stove I paid thousands for. Hans van Staden 082 080 2839
If I could give zero stars I would. As soon as I get my internet banking unblocked I will withdraw all my funds and close my account. This is the absolute worst service I ever received. It will now take between 3 to 7 days for the technical department to get back to me. You should also be more clear on your security questions. You should distinguish between a Trustee of a Trust, a Director of a company and a Member of a Close Corporation.
FNB REQUESTED FICA DOCUMENTS BY E-MAIL. I VISITED THE PLATINUM PARK BRANCH IN POLOKWANE AND AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ALSO JUST SCAN AND E-MAIL THE FICA DOCUMENTS, I ELECTED TO E-MAIL IT DIRECTLY MYSELF. I WAS PHONED BY XOLELA MSEBI FROM FNB AND DIRECTED TO SEND ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO HIM AFTER A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW. THIS WAS DONE 11 JUNE 2015. ON 6 JANUARY 2016 I PHONED THE KYC DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT WAS STILL FROZEN AND WAS GIVEN ANOTHER E-MAIL ADDRESS TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS TO, WHICH I DID ON SAME DATE. THE ACCOUNT IS STILL FROZEN DESPITE ALL THE FICA DOCUMENTS BEING SUBMITTED IN ANY CASE WHEN THE ACCOUNT WAS OPENED. TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE BANK. I HAVE BEEN BANKING WITH FNB FOR A VERY LONG TIME BUT AFTER THIS I STRONGLY CONSIDER ANOTHER BANK. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE.
