Installment move entrapment
Request a finance installment on the 15th of the month, and Marquis started the contract on the first. I can only change it after the first payment. First payment done, and I want to change the installment penalty that is charged for the rest of the contract term

Generator
Ì bought a 10 KVA generator from the company with FREE delivery and now Brettco Logistic want R13920 to transport the unit. There was no indication at any point of the additional cost that needed to be paid. I have asked to collect the unit myself and it was said no you are not allowed. I have tried to call the courier company no number to call them only email with a robot response. I Have called Vastana 33 times and only one responds call the couriers to sort it out. Vastana said FREE Delivery the cost for the courier is for their accountability and not for me. So now I am not getting the unit, and I have paid in full for the unit
