Denying to pay claim for damages due to negligence on their site
On our way back from Potchefstroom on 23/08/20 kula stop n go just outside of Smithfield on your way to Rouxville we had an accident due to rocks that where on the right of way andy car was damaged. Mags broken, mirrors, scratches on the body. On our return to Komani took it for inspection at Car Service City and the total damages ( samp, bolt and cv joints, shocks and many more) will cost over R30K and mags and tyres over R11K. We were advised to submit a claim to WBHO Construction and Projects which I did, but the declined and refused to take any responsibility. They had said they will investigate, but no investigation was ever done. We have witnesses on site who are willing to testify in this regard. They must please supply the investigation report.

Mishandling of saved money
Good day I have a savings account with Capitec bank for over 10 years and also have flexi saving accounts linked to my savings account. Last Friday someone sent me money to my Capitec account which I then transferred to one of my flexi saving accounts to use at a later stage, this morning i received the following message Capitec: Your savings account has a negative balance. We applied set-off, which means R965.73 was debited to account 1253704145 and R965.73 credited to account 1253702681 to partially recover the negative balance. Outstanding balance: R46.27. Info 0860102043. I called the number in the SMS and was told that I owed Capitec on one of my flexi saving accounts for a purchase that was made in 2016, to my surprise I asked the consultant/agent how that was possible as you can only swipe purchases from your savings account and not from your flexi saving accounts. She then said they will escalate the matter and she will call me back, but I have heard nothing from them until now. All I want is my money back and clarity as to how I had a negative balance on the flexi saving account which is a sub account.

FUTURE BUILDER MATURITY VALUE NOT AS PER INITIAL POLICY CONTRACT, REQUEST COPY OF ORIGINAL POLICY CONTRACT AND EXPLANATION.
Took out a future builder investment policy for my son and first premiums of R250.00 via stop order was deducted in August 1997. I have been paying this investment since then for the past 20 years and it is to mature and payout in the first week of December 2017, on receipt of the claim form with the amount to be paid out, it came as a shock to me to find out that i would only receive about R11 700 only for a policy that i have been paying for 20 years full. On visiting the branch in Potchefstroom i was asked to write a letter to Metropolitan requesting a copy of the policy contract, i was saving this money so as to be able to send my son to university and to initiation school, but now i find myself in a very awkward and disappointing situation. My son is going to initiation school on the 1st December 2017 and the money i was saving is not even going to cover those expenses. Please help me by making me understand what the maturity value on this policy is and even if i took out partial surrenders they can never take 80% of the maturity value. Owing money I am unaware of due to system error.
I was sent money into my account, but on trying to withdraw it I was told I have insufficient funds. Went to a consultant who informed me that my flexi saving acc was mistakenly made my default savings acc which is a system error and so as I was purchasing they were taking the money from birthday which had no money instead of my savings acc which had money. Now they say I owe them. I am so disgusted by this level of unprofessionalism by Capitec.

My money is not accessible
A friend requested to transfer money into my account and now I cannot get access to my own funds ,they claim that there were fraudulent transactions in the account made which from my knowledge the were none ,there is not even a case number I have been stuck in the Eastern Cape and kids cannot go to school because of this so called investigation. The investigation takes 14days I just want to know from Capitec where are we to sleep with the kids and should the kids not find a school will they be come accountable. And based on what grounds is my money withheld
