You completely ruined Pronutro

Is there a zero star option? The new Pronutro is absolutely inedible. The first time we bought a box, we genuinely thought it was off and threw it away. Then the next box was exactly the same. And the next. Clearly this is now the product. What used to be a smooth, simple, reliable breakfast has turned into a clumpy, gluey mess with an unpleasant texture and noticeably worse taste. The fact that the new instructions now require whisking and standing time already says everything. Pronutro used to need water and a s****. Instead of improving the product, you have completely ruined what made it popular in the first place. My husband has eaten Pronutro for over 40 years and is now actively looking for another breakfast because the experience has become that unpleasant. It is honestly shocking that such a well-known product could be changed this drastically without understanding why customers loved it to begin with. This does not feel like an upgrade. It feels like a cheap, badly executed reformulation.

Annoyed with Benmore

This is specifically for the Benmore branch. I have a few complaints over a few months which has now led me to complaining about the branch. 1) the milk and cream (PNP brand always goes off long before the expiry date) 2) there are always beggers in the store asking for money etc 3) the smart shopper promo people are incessant and will ask you daily to sign up 4) there are often no veg produce especially on a Saturday or Sunday. You have to go elsewhere to complete your shop 5) today I purchased a ticket on safair and was told I can't pay even though the safair app directed me to pnp

Dirty and smelly store

The Pick 'n Pay in Lambton Germiston is absolutely appalling and a disgrace to the Pick 'n Pay name. It is always dirty and the smell makes it unbearable to shop. I refuse to shop here anymore. Unfortunately the other Pick 'n Pay further up in Hazeldene is no better. Also dirty and poorly staffed, leaving you waiting in long queues. <br> <br> Please address the hygiene issue!
