Your cross-border request procedure is vague and frustrating. There's an email link but this never gets answered [email protected] is completely useless and misleading and results in frantic last minute phone calls to the VAF department. Make this request clearer but defining the correct procedure and pre-request requirements.
I set up an appointment for a consultant to visit me for an upgrade which resulted in a no show. Complete waste of my Saturday. They are also quick to increase their premiums when the fuel price goes up but never decrease them when the fuel price goes down. This over and above the annual increase.
ADT are quick to increase their premiums every opportunity the fuel price goes up but never lower them when the fuel price decreases. This over and above their annual increase.

<p>I've requested the closure of my Discovery Credit Card Account and have had no feedback proof that this has been done, in fact they continue to bill me monthly fees.</p> <p>The sequence of events were as follows:-</p> <p>1) 13/03/2017 - Email sent with completed Account Closure Form.</p> <p>2) 13/03/2017 - Am told that I need to pay an outstanding amount of R443.21 which I emediatley do and proof thereof is sent.</p> <p>3) 13/03/2017 - Receive automated reply that a consultant will be contacting me but nothing to date.</p> <p>4) 17/03/2017 - Receive email stating that R375.00 will be reversed to the account because of "Miles Fee Reversal.</p> <p>5) 18/03/2017 - Receive monthly statement with R55.00 deducted for fees.</p> <p>6) 27/03/2017 - Send Discovery an email stating the above sequence and how I will be reimbursed the R375.00</p> <p>7) 19/04/2017 - Receive another monthly statement with another R55.00 deducted for fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service.</p>
Ref No. 18019507<br> Went to Festival Mall branch on the 4th Dec to change my business contract to a personal contract and submitted the paperwork given to me by my company. I was told that one of the docs was on an old format and was given the new one for the company to fill in. I returned on the 7th Dec to submit this doc on the new format and was told that I will be phoned with feedback. By the 9th I still hadn't been phoned so I returned to the store and after some enquiries was told that it would be sorted within the next 1 to 4 hours. By the 10th Dec (today) I still have no telephonic feedback so I return to the store again and am told that the transfer is pending because my bank statements had the balance blanked off. I thought this was private and confidential and that no one needs to know the balance. I asked for a phone number I could contact to rectify the delay and I'm told to phone 0821940. Nosisi politely tells me that the account was transferred to the wrong name and I'm given Ref No A1-XF32-EZW1JL and told that the problem will be sorted by the 15th. WHAT? More delays & 2 different reasons! I just wanted the account transferred so that I can get my IPhone 6S upgrade.
