I bought an Oxi stain remover spray, product manufactured by shield chemicals..the items ended up with yellow permanent stains and sent them an email communicating with Lana Thurston. Poor communication, as they collected the items for further investigation many weeks back..its sad, as I’m the one who keeps asking for feedback.
<p>I decided to join motion fitness and signed an annual contract, little did I know I was comminting myself to the WORST GYM EVER!!! We join gym for different reasons and to use differnt machines with FULL ACCESS to all equipment. firstly they couldnt manage how we access the spinning machines, people would leave towels and fight over bikes, I think management could have come up with a better solution. None the less within a month plus, we had to book for a class, what if I couldnt pitch? what if I dont book but available when class starts and the booked customer is not..Did they bother to consult us?..Why should I pay for gym I am basically prohibited to gym from? what is worse now they have locked the spinning class on the basis we ruin bikes...why did they bother to have the studio.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a pitty that some gym clients are not aware of such platforms..but they need to know that we are not happy with their way of doing things and I personally want out. I have been called by the head office a number of times to pay, after I have cancelled my debit order..and told them my issues with the gym..not one has got back to me on the way forward or how to resolve the matter.</p>
I bought storage boxes with a British flag on the 7th of November, before the purchase I asked if they had them on store besides the display set. They said YES..a Mr Luhabe was the sales rep..I waited for an in in store as they were looking for them. After the long wait, I was told that, they didnt have the boxes we should go check in a storage somewhere else. Used my own transport to go check and still went there. After two weeks I received a call saying that i should fetch the ones in stiore because they couldnt find any. Agreed, the boxes had chippes and scratches..3days later I was told to return the boxes the ordered ones have arrived. Returned the boxes waited 15 min the man helping Mr Siphosethu told me they cant find the boxes cause someone else sold them. Its the 4th of December I still havent received the boxes I have fully paid for the very same day.
