They will make promises, take your money and deliver nothing. Their Communication is shocking and there are over 800 people in the group that has been effected. Be careful.

Mweb Disgusting Service
I am absolutely disgusted by the service we are currently receiving from Mweb, we applied for a service on the 17.01.2023 and we are still waiting on installation and or feedback. We have spent hours waiting on the line only to get nowhere, not only that Mweb has deducted the monthly installment off of our account but has not provided us with any service. Getting a Manager and or Supervisor from Mweb to call us back is merely a waiting game (we are on week 3). Is this what Mweb's Services have come to? Please may someone make contact so we cancel our account, I am over it as there are other Companies that would want our business.

Below is the email I received, which I thought was too good to be true so I was nosey and took it further. I got a response back saying I have been approved for R80000.00 all nice and well. I was then asked to make a payment of R4750.00 to her so she can pay for her attorney to draw up a contract. I also noticed a few other discrepancies which I asked her about and she could not answer them.
