MassMart. The Olympic champion of bad service. Slower. Lower. Weaker.
Items show in stock when they are not. Delivery can be much longer than they estimate. Returns take a long time and often need chasing.

The online experience is terrible. Items shown in stock are not in stock. Requests to cancel do not happen. Response to requests is dire.
