Budget INSURANCE is the worst insurance you can have i will not recommend anyone to take it. I got sold a policy with so much hidden clause that it ended up leaving me stranded while taking part in the South African championship. My car broke down with a fan belt, I contacted budget insure to secure a courtesy car seeing i’ve been paying for it on my policy. After contacting them explaining that i am stranded the consultant told me they cant provide me with a courtesy car as my policy dont cover mechanical and electrical failure. I then told the consultant that when i got the policy they did not stipulate that nor inform me regarding as i would have ensure its cover. Long story short i am stranded 300 km away from home with my car being 60 km away from me at the dealer. I dont know how i’ll get home, i’ve put all my trust in my insure just to be told sorry you got sold a policy that only cover when you in an accident. What the hell is that why selling me something with hidden clause. Or telling me you have to damage the car before we can help.
Vodacom V-Up is one Big **** be very careful with the prices and subscriptions you win. I decided to play the V-UP game on the Vodapay App and Won a 12 Month Prime Video Mobile Edition, to redeem active via Vodapay. Me being the loyal customer decide to active prime mobile on Vodapay. To my surprise this was never a price won but a way to deduct a subscription I never wanted but got trick into thinking its a price I've won. I've contacted Vodacom and they just cancelled the subscription if i didn't follow up myself i would have been ****med into paying something I never wanted. To Vodacom promoters / Vodapay this is one smart way to **** people and blaming it on a system put in place by Vodacom. just another company blaming there own systems , while the customer have to deal with damage.
Perfume land, wow what a disappointment. First the staff is very rude, I ask the why they changed my address the reply i got " the courier guy will call you when they there". there shipping what a F-UP it take them 2 days after you order to process you package. My experience with this shop is very bad and i would not recommend anyone to shop here you will regret it. Note i always buy perfume online......but never at this shop again
Dis-Chem Secunda the worse place to go for any health checks. I will recommend you not to visit this clinic due to their lack of not caring for the patients. I made an appointment had to sit and wait and eventually some one decide to help after i asked how the clinic operated seeing no one dit any check in relating the bookings made
To all reading this, dont ever make use of this company over a weekend you will regret it . Recommend shipping time Monday to Wednesday its the only time they consider good customer Service. The support and feedback is S H I T ( Note the courier guy do not deliver on weekends) if you know how bad the post office is The courier guy give you that service from friday to monday
WARNING WARNING TELKOM WILL ROB YOU DONT USE THEM AS SERVICE PROVIDERS. Last year (2021) i closed my Telkom internet account due to their **** service. Not learning my lesson i decide lets go for a month to month internet deal with this terrible service provider. Assume if the service is a ****ty as it was i can just cancel it without having problems, being a month to month. during January 2022 the adsl line was damage due to fiber installation according to Telkom. During January i had no internet, on the 4 Feb 2022 I called complaining about this **** service while working form home. I eventual decided to close the account 13 Feb 2022 and go to VODACM ( Thanks for the Assume service) I've been handed over to credit bureau for not paying an account that's not updated by Telkom. Every week I get 2 message with different amount to pay to settle this account. Telkom call center is just the ****en worse they never hear you or the line just cut or the consultant have no idea what she /he is doing. note: 1. Telkom's have no integration between its department 2. You'll get billed even if they don't give you a service, due to their systems never being updated. 3. you will spend hours talking to someone that don't know the 2 systems they using. 4. Calling Telkom to resolve there problem / provide a service will become your norm This company is bad or even worse than home affairs / traffic department / post office and police station combined. Piece of advise DO NOT GO TO TELKOM FOR ANY SERVICE (dont go for the mobile you going to regret it) even if the price looks good, because that the only thing they can do to rob you. Selling something at a low cost and giving you a **** service that all TELKOM. To the mangers in Telkom go back to school and get your money its clear whoever is running this company don't know its core business and what it should stand for.
Settle my vodacom account 6 months ago. Contacted vodacom last month for a fibre contract, application got declined due to credit score. Contact experian regarding credit score and find out a vodacom account was showing outstanding for 9 months. Vodacom eventually fix there system and send settlement letter to experian. I than reapplied for fibre line knowing my credit scored have been fixed, vodacom replies: they cant provide me any services for the next 3 months due to my credit score issue on last month application. Vodacom did not update there systems and that affected me for the last 4 months (credit score). This is the service i got, vodacom dont update there systems, client get bad name ( credit score) and the company dont care about the damage they caused to their client. So yes i got F by vodacom
First you can never get help from Vodacom if your prepaid, I’ve been trying to get a hold the cancellation department for weeks. Vodacom is make my life hell, i paid an outstanding count 6 month ago and its not been clear off my name. Can i take vodacom to court for cause this credit problem i am currently having. i’ve send numerous emails with proof of payment, This account still show up on my credit record as not paid why Vodacom. Why the hell must i struggle while this account is paid.
Heads up, this is a useless company if you planning to trade or let your money work for you. If you going to contact them be assure that you will wait for hours listening to "Please note that we are currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume, kindly continue to hold for the next available consultant" I did a trade its been 13 days no payment / its a ****en struggle getting a hold of these people I regret using them to start trading. I will never in my life recommend this company to anyone interested in investing.
The same thing over and over.... The post office due to a corrupted government cant deliver an accentual service to South Africans. What's happening about it absolutely nothing....complaining on HelloPeter does not help … As long as we have this corrupted government all government service is USELESS. Look at our streets, post office, hospitals, Police etc.. Every government own Business is pushing South Africa down the drain...…Covid 19 did not effect these businesses they were already in financial trouble because of corruption ….
