Order a product on the 9th and didn't receive it until and everytime I call ram/bash I could swear they were making up the stories because they kept making it as if I submitted the wrong address.. No more online for me shem. Now I can't even get my refund even thou the order is cancelled.
Stay away from buying their solar system and batteries inferior products. I bought Indian stuff before but this store cells ****
Next time stay away from swipping your bank card at Kazang machines as they reporting system and transactions reports are stupid they failing to refund my my money even thou I sent them a report from my bank with transaction id and everything they might need by they keep telling me they can't assist me
I have been sent from pillar to post by TFG they failing to provide me with a paid-up letter. TFG said the account is with DMC but the account was never handed over for starters a lady from DMC ( Aretha Kutu) confirmed that they don't have the account every time in an email send to recoveries ([email protected]). Every time i follow up they tell me they send an email to Aretha Kutu (DMC) i should wait for her response even thou I do include the email from her dated 27 April 2025 confirming that dmc does not have the account. The funny thing is they do see a balance of R 70 rand but fail to provide me with ways to pay. 0815860300 / ACC: 7000100100196467567 - 0010410000363895791
So I called TFG last week 16 April to ask for a paid up letter and they said my account was never closed it had a balance of 80 rands, Cool I said okay no problem please send me ways to pay they refered me to DMC which does not even see the account. Then I called back TFG the opened a query : CS-2708033 which they said they will email me the details to pay the account. To my surprise I received an email saying ticket closed and not statement/ ways to pay this account attached. I called today the lady that assisted said the person that handled the ticket will email me the document she was supposed to send still waiting even now.
Been trying to get a cash back i keep getting silent treatment only when i call they tell me there is a problem. they have been debiting my account for days but when it comes to paying they say their system does not accept the bank what a joke i guess even future debit order will be rejected so I can merge my active policy with another service provider

Are u aware that some of your center managers are charging parking attends a fee on a daily basis instead of paying them a gratitude fee for guarding mall patriots. Please send out a mail to your center managers to stop doing such. Imagine working hard for tips and then giving them to someone who is getting a salary. Dont wanna mention names
