I returned furniture in its original packaging to the Somerset West Branch on 31 December. The chairs I ordered were the incorrect height. I am still waiting to be reimbursed.
I contacted Rain as my Supersonic fibre coverage has been dismal for about 6 months now and I was forced to cancel my service. The sign-up process with Brandon Pillay, even though he's a Liverpool supporter, was easy and seamless, and all my questions were answered. I look forward to the coverage meeting the same standards, but will keep you posted!
I have been a Sorbet customer since it first opened and have spent a small fortune there (I have three daughters too so you can imagine). Yesterday I made a decision to purchase two skincare products on the basis of an offer of a 20% discount. When I opened the emailed invoice today, I received only 10%. I was told by head office that there is nothing they can do about it. Sad that I will not be returning to Sorbet, I cannot support a company that doesn't stand by it's word.
I made the mistake of not checking Hellopeter before calling this locksmith . The confirmed call up fee was R395, II was presented with a bill for R5300 for changing a lock. At no point did the locksmith confirm the price prior to commencing the work. He was then belligerent and aggressive and refused to leave. I had to call security and felt completely threatened.
The quality of this product is way below expectation. The ixelium stove I paid a fortune for scratches. The oven has dirt in the glass. I have phoned Whirlpool many times to rectify this but there is no after sales service.<br>
